Darren Rowse of ProBlogger recently ran a group writing competition with a ‘Top 5′ theme. The winner, selected at random, was a post by Nancy R Callahan for her entry ‘Baby Names from Video Games’. It is taken from her blog called ‘Nancy’s Baby Names’ which is a really interesting site listing baby names in different categories and featuring an array of baby name information such as name trends, trivia, news, and polls.

Her top 5 baby names from video games were:

1. Mario
2. Zelda
3. Carmen
4. Alex
5. Lara
